Berjaya Taekwon-Do School's  -  Mr. Richard Kraska 5th Dan International Instructor

          Richard Kraska has been involved in the practice and teaching of Taekwon-Do since 1979. During these years he has practiced and refined his self-defense and fighting skills as well as winning numerous medals and trophies. Mr. Kraska is one of the most reputable instructors in Alberta, he holds a Fifth Degree Black Belt in the International Taekwon-Do Federation. He is an International Certified Instructor. His strength lies in helping children and adults with self-confidence, physical fitness, discipline, weight control, muscle conditioning and fighting skills. Mr. Kraska is also the owner or Berjaya Taekwon-Do.
